Send invoices programmatically: our engine recognises fields and returns structured data. Priced per page, with volume packages for large streams.
The API is live. Create a key in your account; to start you need to top up from 8 €. We process your documents only to return structured data. We do not use your documents to train models. Full list of subprocessors: /subprocessors.

What exactly does DueBuddy do?
It works with invoices: it turns incoming invoices into structured data and reminds your clients about payment. Two core workflows — outgoing and incoming invoices — separately or together.
How do I pay for DueBuddy?
By card or SBP through Lava.top; Lava is the seller of record. We do not handle your clients’ payments: no money of your clients ever passes through DueBuddy.
What does the service do with incoming invoices?
It turns them into structured data for your accountant: DATEV, 1C, CSV, Excel, JSON. Electronic invoices where the data is already in the code (XML, QR) are read without limits and free of charge. Scans and photos — 0.07 EUR per page.
Which formats can you parse?
PDF with a text layer, photos via OCR, XLSX and CSV.
What if the client does not pay?
Reminders escalate from friendly to formal — always polite, in your name.
Is there a cancellation window?
Yes — one refund within 2 hours of a subscription payment — once per account, and only if no invoice was issued and no parse was run in that time. A topped-up API balance is non-refundable.
Who can use it?
People who invoice by themselves — freelancers, sole traders, small studios. Rules depend on your country.

We charge only for recognising images: scans, photos, screenshots. Files where data is already encoded — XML, ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, FatturaPA, QR — are read free. The same file twice is not charged.
Who we are not for
We are not trying to sell to everyone. If you recognise yourself below, free tools will most likely be enough — and we say so openly.
- Under 10 invoices a month. A spreadsheet template and your bank export are enough.
- Sole traders using their tax app's own receipts. Those are generated free; there is nothing to duplicate.
- Tutors and private lessons. Your clients are individuals; complex invoices are not needed.
- Legal practices. You need SOC 2 and privilege protection — we do not have it yet, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Freelancers and contractors with 15+ invoices a month, small firms and studios, accountants handling several clients. If invoices arrive in every possible form — PDF, photo, XML — we take the manual work away.
