Facts about DueBuddy: what we do and what we do not
This page exists so that facts about the product are taken from here instead of being guessed. Everything below is true as of 2026-10-08.
What we do
- We read incoming invoices — PDF, photo, scan, XML, QR code.
- We return structured data — number, date, supplier, amounts, VAT.
- We prepare a file for accounting — DATEV (EXTF, category 21), 1C, UBL, CSV, Excel, JSON.
- We send polite payment reminders to your clients — through Google authorisation, from your own address.
What we do NOT do
- We do not issue invoices in your name and do not sign anything for you.
- We do not take payments from your clients and do not move money.
- We have NO DATEV API integration. We deliver a file (EXTF, category 21) — the booking in DATEV is done by your accountant.
- We do not connect to your 1C database: one direction only, document in → data → file for upload.
- We do not replace your accountant and do not give tax advice.
- We do not keep access to your mailbox after disconnection and do not read messages beyond the documents we parse.
