What data we process

Account data: email address and account settings.
Documents: invoices that you upload or send to us for analysis.
Payment data: subscription status and proof of payment. We do not receive or store card details.
Technical data: API access log, IP address, request time — to protect the service.

Why we process it

To provide the service: analyze an invoice and return structured data.
To issue an invoice, track payment, and send a reminder — at your request.
To protect the service: access logging, request rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

Legal bases and your rights (GDPR)

We operate in the EU. You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability, as well as to object to processing. Send requests to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.

Retention period

Documents are stored while your account history remains active. After deletion at your request, data disappears within 30 days, and backups are cleared within 14 days. We retain payment data for up to 10 years — as required by tax law.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your documents or share them with third parties for marketing. Certain features use service providers to whom data is transferred only to the extent necessary. The full list is available on the Providers page.

Cookies

Necessary cookies support login and dashboard functionality. Analytics (Yandex.Metrika) is enabled only after your consent: before you click “Accept,” the counters are not loaded at all. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser. There are no advertising trackers.
